These are nice sheets, they are definitely feeling as if they are 100 cotton. These are nice and lightweight sheets. They do seem a little in the thinthread bear side. Before I washed these sheets they felt softer. Almost like they might be a brushed cotton. Or Sateen. Now the sheets feel stiffer and crisp. Which isn’t a bad thing. I ordered the slate gray and they are definitely not gray if you're really looking for that color. They are a nice color of pale blue (see photos) and the sheets are soft and appear to be good quality. They had a strong odor upon opening the box but once washed they are fine. So far I love these sheets! They are comfortable and not slippery like other sheets I had. They washed up nicely. I especially like the extra deep pockets on the fitted sheet. They are 18" deep which keeps my 3' topper from being compressed and allows it to be "springy." I'm thinking of buying a few more sets in different colors. The only negative thing is these sheets had a strange smell when I opened the package. But after I washed them on warm water and with an extra rinse, there's no more smell. Some reviews said they were wrinkly but not if you get them out of the dryer as soon as they are done. There are a few minor wrinkles but nothing I can't live with. These sheets feel great and stay put!! Amazing deep pockets! I have extra padding on top of my mattress and most fitted sheets slip off at night, to my endless aggravation.
