This is a great pergola for the price! It was a lot to put together. One of the pieces got dented in the set up process but it’s minor. The louvred top is easy to adjust. First off came very well packaged and all parts in boxes were secured with foam and each one individually wrapped. The quality is good and looks just like the pictures. I think it took just as long to take the pieces out of the boxes and unwrap them and break all the packing down than it did to build the pergola. Very happy so far! We put this pergola up one week ago and have been very happy with the aesthetic, shade, and simple functionality. Assembly was straightforward with the exception of a minor hiccup - the QR code that was supposed to link to assembly instructions did not work. We used a Mirador assembly video on YouTube as reference, and it went together relatively simply. Two people, two drills, and two ladders is the ideal assembly scenario. This will make it relatively quick and efficient. Have only tested in light rain so far, and it kept us dry as designed. Pretty nice and sturdy. It comes in 7 boxes + box with screens and curtains if that’s the model purchased. I wish the assembly instructions were in box one and that the instructions told you where the hardware was, The instructions and hardware are in box 5. Make sure all parts are not damaged before starting assembly especially the key structure parts. Some of my louvers were dented but the didn’t effect my assembly. They were replaced, but it took a week to get the replacements. Wayfair and manufacturer were responsive and easy to deal with but it took time to get the replacement parts. OMG! This pergola is one of the BEST purchases we ever made! Excellent quality. It DID take two people about 6 hours to assemble. If we had to do it again we could probably do it in 4 hours. The only issue was trying to find the instructions among the NINE boxes in which it all shipped!
