Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! It’s a great cover for our 10 x 12 gazebo. I like the extra length so it’s not such a tight fit as my previous cover. We use our gazebo in the winter with our fire table and we open the window and door a bit to let the gas out and air in. I accidentally bought the wrong size so way too big, but on a good note it’s doing exactly what I needed it to do. Has held up great with high winds, snow, rain. I did put block on the inside since it was so big (once again my fault) but nothing got into it.
