The couch comes packaged well in separate boxes for each modular piece. No damage in transit on mine. It includes the hardware needed for setup. It’s large and comfortable and with time, I think it will break in nicely. The color is true to the pictures and I’m happy with the tone. Beautiful couch with great quality. I bought the cream and regret that I did not get light grey. The cream shows everything and is hard to clean off. The Kapellen upholstered ottoman is way bigger than I thought it was going to be. For my tiny home it makes things rather tight in my living room.
