Just two negatives - I wish I could remove the nubs (that join the units together) on the top unit, and the company sticker on the unit was a bear to get off - I don’t know why companies put them on the unit like that! I just put this together, but it appears to be a well-made product. It was fairly easy to assemble (I did it alone). There are extra holes drilled into the side beams so you can vary the shelving height. I chose to install them as shown in the photo. I wish that the little hooks they provide could be attached to the top shelf instead of right in the middle. I can't see myself using them since anything hanging from those hooks will be pretty close to the floor. This piece ended up perfect for my towels. My townhouse lacks storage. I wanted an item that was not too pricey but would work in my little hallway. My 18 year old son put together no problem.
