The Ariana planter waters when you’re not looking and helps keep your plants from drying out. Inside the planter, at the bottom, is a hidden reservoir that holds approx. 1"–3.5" water (depending on planter size). This self-watering insert keeps dirt and roots above the hidden reservoir line while constantly providing healthy “greenhouse-like” moisture through the evaporation process. If you’re forgetful, or you’re just not home very often, Arlmont & Co.'s beautiful Ariana self-watering containers are a must-have! They’re also helpful if you’re growing in an area that’s not convenient to a water spigot, such as a balcony. A great gift idea for a gardener with a busy schedule!

The plastic material can be cleaned and wiped easily when dirt or other material is spilled on it. The medium size is perfect for planting your favorite larger bushes, trees, plants, or foliage, because it gives lots of room for the plant roots to grow and spread out!

Nonwoven fabric means the pots do not retain excess water, allowing your roots to breathe, translating to a healthier, more vigorous growth. While the competition uses flimsy handles that are a continuation of the same fabric the pot is made from, we use serging stitches to sew handles onto the pot so they can support a full bag of soil.
