I just received this a few days ago and have used it on the grill to make pork tenderloin and hamburgers. They were delicious and the griddle worked perfectly. I did use marinate with molasses ingredient which was hard to get off griddle but with extra effort it did come off. I will get a lot of use out of this griddle. I still need to season the grill, so haven’t used it yet, but was pretty easy to put together although some of the directions were a bit confusing but my son is mechanically inclined.
