I can adjust the hand held part so I can not only sit but can stand comfortably while bathing. What a pleasure not having to worry about having to reach up to grab the hand held of my older shower. I havent used the rainfall part yet but will soon. I also want to say that I dont experience the dripping because when I turn it off its off. Temperature is easy to set.
