It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Decoraids faux tin ceiling tiles (PVC) are a great way to add a design element to any room. Our tiles are 24"x24" and can be installed over most surfaces such as popcorn, drywall, stucco, plywood, and most flat surfaces using a construction grade adhesive(Loctite power grab), or you can lay them into standard suspended(drop-in) ceiling systems. They are class " fire rated so whether you have a restaurant, hotel, or a residential project these tiles will add the beautiful and unique look you have always wanted.
