I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough for relaxing, watching television, or spending time with family. I left one star out because of the screws for the corner seat. They're not long enough so you really got to stuff the alley key in there. Overall the couch is decent and this is a 2-3 person job due to weight. Also a different more precise manual comes in the package than what's on the website. It's very comfortable and has a movie night feel to it. The cushions sink you into the couch almost so all you need is a blanket. Wrist and fingers will hurt from all the twisting but it's worth it. Says a screwdriver is needed but it's not. The alley key is way more useful because of how the screws are shaped at the top. It's a little wide but still fits in my cottage-sized living space. There is a new couch scent so baking soda and vacuuming is a must if you can't stand it but like most new furniture it will eventually dissipate. This is a lovely cloud modular sectional. The cushions are firm foam, but are comfortable. The fabric is nice and soft and the covers are washable. I love that it can be configured into different seating options. It also has side pockets which is super convenient! I’m surprisingly impressed with this sofa! It’s comfortable, firm, and the firmness is exactly what I was looking for. I love the modular design it’s handy and gives you flexibility to arrange the pieces however you like. My only wish is that there were some built-in connector to keep the modules together, like the metal brackets some sectional sofas have. Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Assembly was easy enough, unpacking the parts from the box was the most difficult part. They were packed in so tight that I was at one time afraid I’d break something.
