Handwoven in wool, this 9x12 contemporary Kilim is from an exciting new custom-capable flatweave collection by Rug & Kilim. On the Design: “Rez Kilim” represents a contemporary homage to Turkish and Persian panel-weaving styles in a textural approach to minimalist rugs. This piece enjoys a play of beige and chocolate brown tones, underscored by cream accents in the weft and stitching between the panels (or columns). Admirers of the craft will appreciate the way the fundamentals of a traditional flatweaving style have been reimagined in an almost impressionistic look at geometry, ribbing, and the subtleties of a Kilim. The result yields both a fabulous new look and a more comfortable, durable flatweave body for the modern design; a simple, comfortable choice that recreates the element of personal and intricate beauty of Kilims in new large sizes and refreshing colors. Custom Capable: All sizes and colors available—inquire for a quote.

Dearborn Pop-Up Assemblies are manufactured of 20 gauge brass for use in drains for lavatory sinks.

I read the reviews before ordering this replacement drain and I think it will be great once it is installed properly. The drain does not come with instructions…..but, I watched a few video’s online and thought I’d give it a shot. It did not go as expected as I cannot remove the old drain. I will have a plumber come and install. I’m happy with the quality of the drain though. It feels heavy and solid!. Jm. Marstons Mills, MA. Mon Jan 30 2023

The In-Ground Transformer delivers reliable, high-performance power in a compact design that supports clean, discreet installations. This powerful transformer reduces standard 120V line voltage to a consistent 15V output and is perfect for low-voltage landscape lighting systems up to 100 watts or 300 watts. Its design supports faster, more accessible wire connections. Built with durable water-tight housing, the in-ground transformer is made for direct burial—eliminating the need for wall mounting and keeping your setup hidden and out of sight. Great that I was able to order a SINGLE drain rather than a dozen, or a whole friggen gross from Oatey...thank you Wayfair. -Indicate more explicitly in your listing that this is the "barrel-with-strainer" only, not the entire "drain", as it is NOT the 'drain'. Runs daily microleak tests to ensure your home’s plumbing network runs efficiently while identifying leaks as small as a single drop per minute.

This is a great product. We have a valve installed at each of two homes. We actually had pretty good luck training the valves to correctly recognize fixtures, and that my father-in-law sometimes DOES take a shower at 2am. My concern is a recent downgrade of the App and Website feature set. It is no longer possible to manually correct fixture identification. The online instructions still direct you to links that are no longer available on the app or website. I think it is rather tacky to get us commited to a VERY expensive valve and installation and then take away features. We used the old app until after it was to expire as the features were still there. Sadly, now the original app is no longer functional. When I called support I was told that the app was still in development. Sounds a little fishy to me. Why would you release a complely new app that does half what the old app did? Months later features are still missing. Please consider giving this some attention ASAP? Thank you for an otherwise great product. Doubleflo. CA. Wed Aug 26 2026
