This chair is beautiful, comfortable, and brilliant in the ways that you have various settings. Just sitting in it like in the first picture, it’s very comfortable. Then you have a choice of raising the headrest up while just sitting in it, or raise the head rest up and recline. We searched for ten minutes for the remote, before found control buttons on left side of seat cushion , so no remote to lose. The fabric is lovely, I chose the white and love it! We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. Great quality construction. Took less than ten min to assemble once I moved the box, it is definitely not lightweight cheaply made. Anyway, the leather is very nice and appears to be great quality. The only negatives for me is that I'm almost 6'3" and it's honestly made for someone 6' or less. The other negative, based on my height, is the adjustable headrest, which of I was shorter would be fine. The hidden cup holders are great and the chair came in did pieces in one box. Very comfortable!! it was a little tricky getting the arms on you have to slide them in place and because the recliner is dark blue it was hard to see. love how it’s electric is very quiet and smooth opening and closing it and the bonus is the chargers, USB and USB-C cupholders everything you need to get comfortable.. FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support. My husband really loves this recliner—it fits his body so comfortably. It reclines quietly, and the heat and massage features are just right for him. The chair has a nice firmness that gives him the support he needs for his sciatica, but it’s still comfortable to sit in for long periods. We went with the lift-chair option because he has some mobility challenges that may not get better over time, and we wanted something that would keep working well for him as his needs change.
