The customization of settings is very helpful for both the room size and humidity needed. The dual tanks make it last for a LONG time (multiple nights running at night only), as well as it being easy to only need to refill one side at a time so it's not so heavy. The humidifier is working well and continues producing a strong amount of cool mist. We have been careful to use distilled water, which I believe helps to continue its distribution of mist.
