I just put this together, but it appears to be a well-made product. It was fairly easy to assemble (I did it alone). There are extra holes drilled into the side beams so you can vary the shelving height. I chose to install them as shown in the photo. I wish that the little hooks they provide could be attached to the top shelf instead of right in the middle. I can't see myself using them since anything hanging from those hooks will be pretty close to the floor. I would have given this unit 5 stars were it not for the fact that there was a critical mistake in the assembly instructions. It says that the lip of the shelves should be down, when in fact the lip should be up. Putting it together following the enclosed directions allowed the unit to be unstable and useless.
