Our new saucepan turned out to be the perfect size for us, in between our smallest and the medium one. It’s very pretty. It cleans up easily and I did not even “season” it like the instructions suggested. So far I’ve only simmered vegetables in it and it worked fine. Very happy with this ceiling medallion. The light fixture I had originally ordered for the room felt too small and this gave it the dimension in the room that was missing. Pretty simple to install. Tried Demeyere and know 100 that this is it. Steady, even heating that doesn’t drop when food goes in. Super easy to clean after letting it cool, soak a bit and wash.
