Folks, is a fantastic kettle! Solid enamel, sturdy handle and whistle, and the gradient Sea Salt finish is flawless. It pours very well provided you open the spout when pouring, and I only say this because too many people don’t actually know how to use a whistling tea kettle! I have seen too many reviews, saying it leaks all over when pouring because they’re trying to pour through the whistle opening rather than the kettle opening! Honestly, some people should not be allowed to write reviews if they don’t understand how to use the simplest of products!! My first kettle is 20 years old and I only bought a new one because I changed my kitchen color scheme. Over the years that kettle heated water on gas, electric, and wood stoves with never a problem . Well worth the money, and with all the color options there’s something for everyone’s taste. This is a purchase you won’t regret!. Tracy Marie. Rapid River, MI. Wed Apr 29 2026

Its signature Heritage-design self-basting lid is engineered with a recessed center to hold ice, creating a unique cooling effect. As steam rises during cooking, it condenses upon contact with the chilled lid. Strategically placed dimples on the underside then guide the moisture back down, continually basting the food and reducing the need for added liquid. Its enameled interior resists sticking, staining, and chipping—requiring no seasoning and offering effortless cleanup after every use.

Great product, poor shipping prep. Love the Braiser - the peche is gorgeous and the price for the 5qt is unbeatable. Le Creuset makes incredibly wonderful products. Only issue is how Wayfair ships the item - they leave it in the Le Creuset box with no additional padding. My pot arrived with several scratches on it and the box was incredibly beaten up. Unsure if I want to deal with an exchange process for this. First LC item Ive had from Wayfair with bad shipping.. Anonymous. Sun Jan 04 2026
