Gorgeous pot but the color description on wayfair said green. Its actually the sea salt color that's more seafoam with a blue gray tint. That was the main reason for the return. -The pan is big enough to serve a meal for 2. -Durability: Cast iron is incredibly durable. In fact, it’s not unusual for a cast iron pan to be used for decades without showing much wear or tear. -Nonstick: Another benefit of cast iron is that when it’s seasoned and used regularly, it’s fairly nonstick, for cooks who prefer to avoid potentially harmful nonstick substances, the -nonstick properties of cast iron are a huge plus. -The enameled cast iron Signature Skillet is a versatile kitchen essential for searing, sauteing, stir-frying and more. The interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. Specially formulated for higher surface temperature cooking, the enamel develops a natural patina over time making it virtually nonstick and easy to clean.Designed for generations of durability, the porcelain enamel requires no seasoning, minimizes sticking, and is dishwasher-safe. -Imparts Iron: The Cast iron even has a health benefit: uncoated cast iron tends to leach small amounts of iron into food as it cooks. -Lava Cast Iron Special Edition. -If you have any questions, please contact us The Lava we will satisfy you with professional service.

This pot is awesome ! It can cook a small to extra large batch of just about anything. In addition, I use when home canning so I get double use out of it in that manner. If I decide to keep something in in overnight, it easily fits into my frog because of the flat lid. It saves room in my cabinets too due to the flat lid. I own 2 of these now. I’ve used the first one for about 2 years and have had no problems. I do always use soft utensils when stirring so as not to scratch the inside of it. This is expensive for a single pot in my opinion but I was willing to pay the extra because of its size and versatility and the way in which it has held up over several years. It cleans up really easily too which is a winner. I’d definitely recommend this product to others.. Susan. Katy, TX. Fri Nov 21 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it a couple of times. I have only used regular stove pressure cookers before so this electric one was a little different but SO MUCH easier to use. I didn’t think it came with a lot of recipes (it only had a little booklet in the box) but then I realized there was a link where I could download an entire recipe book with over 100 recipes. I’m so glad I got it before the holidays, it will make cooking for my family and guests so much less stressful!. Tiana512. Austin, TX. Wed Feb 02 2022

As great as it is to cook in the kitchen, sometimes it’s nice to have the freedom to cook wherever you want without needing a stove. With our All-Clad skillet, if there’s an outlet, you can cook there. Its adjustable controls cook up to 7 quarts of food at the exact temperature it needs you to need without having to guess whether you need to turn the heat up or down. Like our non-electric cookware, it’s made from bonded metal for even heat distribution, so heat is dispersed consistently so everything cooks evenly throughout. The surface is coated with a safe and an Eterna® nonstick coating, so food slides right off with ease. At 7 quarts, it’s way larger than most of our other pans, so you can cook big meals all at once. Best of all, the interior, lid, and body are dishwasher-safe. Simply remove the electrical probe and put it in the dishwasher and it’s ready for your next meal.
