The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

Add panache to the table with Medici. Crafted from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, this flatware showcases timeless detailing through its gracefully etched design. Traditional and sophisticated, Medici is the perfect choice for any formal table, but functionally casual as well. Make a statement with the high performance and long-lasting beauty of this 18/10 stainless steel flatware.

The 1950 collection incorporates timeless, rounded pots and pans from the Italian tradition inspired by early Etruscan terracotta handiworks and passed on through the centuries. A natural, energy conscious way to cook your favorite meals more quickly. Made with 18/10 stainless steel, it works on every heating source including induction stove. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Simple, elegant, impossible to enhance.

When it comes to making sauce, gravy, or other liquid foods, the saucepan is your go-to. Its high, straight sides lend themselves well to frequent stirring or whisking that comes with making sauces, limiting spilling. And the smaller surface area holds heat well and limits evaporation. As part of our collection, this saucepan features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel around the surface, for fast and even heat. To keep your all-clad looking brand new, we recommend washing your cookware with soap and a sponge instead of the dishwasher. Bonded, engineered, & assembled in the USA.

Love this beautiful little stock pot! It heats quickly and evenly. I did stir my sauce pretty regularly, but it did not stick to the bottom of the pan at all. A saucier’s shallow dimensions come in handy when you’re making mashed potatoes or other creamy foods that require lots of stirring or whisking. That was the thought behind the design for this Saucier. Like its big brother the saucepan, it has a wide mouth that helps reduce liquids and thicken sauces. As part of our D3 Collection, this Saucier features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel all the way around the surface, for fast and even heat. All Clad is a company I can always rely will give me a superior product. I use this saucier for everything, but with the rounded bottom perimeter, it is best for bechamel, mornay and any cream sauce that requires attentive whisking during the cooking process. It is my go-to saucepan. Highly recommended. Barry. Fort Lauderdale, FL. Thu Jan 21 2021
