I already did this review on the first skillet that I received.. the first one arrived looking like it had been through a hurricane. The shipping box was fine, but the actual box that the skillet was in, was a mess! It was filthy dirty, smashed and torn . The skillet was scuffed, but it still did a nice job cooking. Have cooked many things with it and everything turns out great. You can keep the heat at a lower setting and it cooks evenly and doesn't burn. My family loved the pot roast that I made in it.. Mimi. Toilet seems fine, but Wayfair customer support was terrible. They refused to help me even after my package was several days late. When it later turned out FedEx had broken the toilet, they refused to do anything to compensate the lateness (e.g. expedite shipping of the replacement).. Brad. CA. Fri Sep 18 2026
