Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job. Can't say I love the result. Because I have to dump water from this mini pond I thought it may be easier than real rock (I'm 70), but these are heavy & I had to cut one down on back side. This is within my catio, this boy was born deaf. Also had to order two packs to get coverage, so have three more to place somewhere. These artificial rock covers are the most realistic we have ever seen. Each rock is made from fiberglass and finished by hand. No two look the same. Sitting side by side against limestone, sandstone, and other rocks with accents of faux iron staining, weathering textures, and spot-on colors, one can barely notice a difference.

The Armor SX5000 is a PRO-Grade solvent-based Silane Siloxane water-repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! Worked exactly as expected, look great. Very sturdy. We filled ours with cobbles. I recommend opening all the boxes and spreading things out before starting; we put a few pieces in the wrong places and had to move them around. But super easy to assemble (and fix our mistakes)..
