This item is low quality. Not what I would expect a luxury tapestry to be made of. It is a print on canvas. I asked to return the item and am waiting for a response. The initial response was that the item is not returnable because it was made to order. This item was on stock and was not made to order. It said one item left when I purchased it. I purchased it in good faith thinking Perigold sells high quality material. I hope Perigold approves my request to return the tapestry. In fact I would not even call it a tapestry. Even tablecloths come in better quality than this one. If I could give it zero stars I would.. Irena. Houston, TX. Wed Feb 04 2026

From adding a splash of color here to a touch of texture there, wall art pulls any room together, turning houses into homes in the process. What’s more, wall art defines your space; it speaks on your behalf, putting a little you into your abode. Oftentimes, guests will have a hint of your worldview, of your life philosophy, just by seeing the artwork on your walls. Crafted from 100% cotton, this tapestry showcases three panels with a floral design, in green, yellow, and red hues.

This tapestry is beautiful and well made, but the colors in the item as received are much more neutral and less vibrant than what is reflected online. I've included a screen grab of the product photo from wayfair.com in a side-by-side comparison of the tapestry I received. Overall satisfied with the purchase but the website image could be updated, and the inclusion of thumb tacks as "hardware" is, in my opinion, uneccessary.. Sarah. Germantown, MD. Sun Oct 06 2024

This tapestry is hand-finished to ensure a quality finished product worthy of displaying on your favorite wall.

Absolutely stunning’ I purchased to use as a tablecloth on our coffee table until we can refinish it. This table is almost 25 years old with great sentimental value. Bring soft vintage charm to your space with this Chinoiserie wall tapestry, featuring delicate blue birds, flowering branches, garden foliage, and a warm beige linen-look background. Inspired by antique botanical panels and traditional Asian garden art, this fabric wall hanging adds an elegant, collected look without feeling heavy or formal. The muted sage green, dusty pink, soft blue, and warm neutral tones make it easy to style above a bed, sofa, console table, dining bench, or reading nook. Finished with dark walnut-tone wood rails at the top and bottom, the piece arrives ready to hang and gives the look of a curated vintage textile, botanical wall art, and framed tapestry in one. Perfect for bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, guest rooms, cottage-style interiors, traditional homes, grandmillennial spaces, French country rooms, and chinoiserie-inspired decor.

King Louis Artwork History Louis XIV is a Belgian wall tapestry. It is rendered in a three-dimensional, painterly style, the King Louis XIV tapestry depicts the taking of the town of Lille from the Spanish by the French forces of King Louis XIV in 1667. It is one of the Histories of the King series, which includes 14 tapestries depicting the wartime triumphs of the king. The tapestry features the design of sought after painter Charles Le Brun, who lived from 1619 to 1690, developed by master workers under the tutelage of Jean Mozin at the famed Paris workshop known as Les Gobelins between 1650 and 1690. It is a pivotal moment in the city's history and one of the Sun King's early military triumphs. Lille, located in the northwest corner of France, shifted from Flemish to Burgundian to Spanish rule along with the various marriages of royalty through the 1400's up to 1667, when it was swept up in Louis XIV's War of Devolution, cementing its character and history in the French tradition. An elegantly impressive accent to add sophistication to your home decor motif.

I love my tapestry very much. Great quality! The only problem with this particular product they didn't leave a pocket for weight rods at the bottom. I was surprising not to do it for such an experiensive product like this. Otherwise this tapestry is a real masterpiece.. Olga. Gainesville, FL. Mon Jan 09 2023
