One major let-down was the toilet seat lid It’s made of thin plastic that doesn’t feel sturdy. It flexes too much and doesn’t give a sense of durability. Compared to higher-end soft-close seats, this feels like the weakest part of the whole toilet. Side Screw Covers Do Not Fit This was one of the most frustrating parts The side covers that are supposed to hide the mounting screws do not fit. They won’t snap on or screw on properly.
