This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. Lastly, be sure to tighten the water hose to the back of the toilet prior to installation by hand, as the cavity doesn’t provide enough room to use a tool for tightening. Enjoy!. Nadia. Townsend, DE. The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026

Manage every setting from the intuitive remote or the KOHLER Konnect™ app, and stay prepared with power-save mode and an emergency flush for outages.

Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable. Wish the companies don't down grade quality of the products over the course of time, while they charge us very heavily for the product at the same time.. Jaisree. Kent, WA. Thu May 02 2024

Have yet to install this in our new construction…but after a reasonable amount of research I decided upon this model for a few different reasons - and I really hope to convert my husband to using it! Since using a simple bidet wand attachment at our old house, I knew that if I ever had the chance to do a bathroom from scratch I would seriously consider a proper bidet toilet. So here I am! I’ve hated using toilet paper ever since. I was using little washcloths for drying after using the wand, so it’ll be wonderful to have a built in dryer with this!. Catharine. Mon Oct 19 2026

GE Profile™ GEOSPRING™ Smart Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater 50-gallon - 240V

GE Profile Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater has been installed for about 5 weeks. Delivery was superb, delivered to my basement as scheduled in three days from date of order. Installation by plumber was without issue. Has been functioning very well since installation. Extremely low electric use and not very loud. It does keep the basement cooler, but that's not an issue.. The Toto T40 Washlet+ Aquia® IV two-piece elongated dual flush 1.28 and 0.9 GPF toilet and auto flush contemporary Washlet+ S7A bidet seat is designed to conceal the Washlet+ power cord and water supply hose for a seamless installation. The Washlet+ S7A features Toto's technologically advanced Ewater+ system that mists the wand and toilet bowl, reducing the need for harsh cleaning chemicals. Premist® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The Toto Washlet+ S7A is operated by a luxury-style illuminated touch button remote with 4-user memory storage to save preferred settings. The Washlet+ features 5 spray settings, auto open and close lid, a heated seat, a nightlight, and instantaneous water heating. The redesigned Washlet+ lid style resides flush with the toilet bowl, providing a streamlined look and giving the impression of an integrated system. This minimalistic display provides a more subdued appearance to your Washlet+ and the skirted design conceals the trapway, which enhances the elegance and style of the toilet. The one-piece design is not only aesthetically pleasing but by removing the gap between the tank and bowl, we eliminate the hiding place for dirt and debris and minimize the frequency of cleanings. The Universal Height design allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. The Aquia® IV features Toto’s DynamaxTornado Flush®, utilizing 360-degree cleaning power to reach every part of the bowl. This version of the Aquia® IV includes Cefiontect®, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. Cefiontect®, Ewater+, and Dynamax Tornado Flush® create a synergy that optimizes flush performance to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The enhanced design of the Aquia® IV inner bowl reduces water flow resistance and turbulence, resulting in a quieter flush. The new auto flush kit provides a hands-free automatic flush after every use. No need to touch buttons or handles, and never worry about someone forgetting to flush. The chrome center-mounted push button that sits atop the tank allows you to proactively conserve water. Additional items needed for installation must be purchased separately: Wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, and toilet water supply lines.

So very excited to receive my new super duper toilet. Cannot wait for contractor to finish master bathroom and install it. Stay tuned ... Elaine. Deerfield Beach, FL. Thu Jan 01 2026
