I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. On the good side, this trimmer is easy to use; the little wheels make it easier to prop it on the ground while you use it. No need to hold the trimmer up the whole time. I had to look at the picture of the item online to figure out how it went together. Also, the cord that comes with it breaks really easily. It was breaking about every 6 seconds and I'd have to re-string some more cord. We had some more heavy-duty cord from a previous trimmer, so we took off the cord that came with it, and re-strung the heavier-duty cord and then it worked great. So overall, a decent week wacker for the price, but be ready to be self-sufficient when it comes to putting it together (which isn't terribly hard) and have some better cord ready to use.. Lori. Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job. These pads are a sure cure for anything my yorkie can drop onto my very light blue carpet. They work on new spots as well as some older spots that did not shampoo very well. I have a liquid shampoo and shampooer, especially for dogs. but these pads give immediate help for cleaning. Using my shampooer, means I must set it up and mix the cleaning liquid. After which I must clean the machine and put it away after it gets dry. The pad packaging rips open and I step on them with my shoe and leave it for as long as I choose.
