As a designer, I have ordered this tree multiple times for different projects, and I love it every time! My only complaint is that the times I have ordered it, the black fake dirt in the top of the pot has come in cracked every time, but Wayfair is very quick to either replace or discount it to make up for it. It was fairly easy to put together, although a few of the branch labels were missing, so I had to use a little process of elimination to figure out where some pieces connected. Even with that minor inconvenience, assembly didn’t take very long. One thing that surprised me was how large it is. The tree itself makes a great statement piece, and even the black pot it comes in is a nice size. If you don’t already have a decorative planter, the included pot looks nice enough to use on its own. When I unpacked it, there was very minimal shedding of leaves and debris, which was a pleasant surprise since artificial trees can sometimes make a mess. After fluffing out the branches, it looked full and realistic. I recently had family over for the weekend, and several people commented on how much they loved the decor and asked about the tree. It adds a fresh, natural look to the room without any maintenance. Overall, this is a beautiful faux tree and a great addition to any space. I now own 4 of these trees, use them as a screen between my back deck (outside) and my neighbor's. They are incredibly lifelike. Upon opening there is a faint odor that dissipates after a few days. Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation. Although they have a heavy base, they tip over during a storm, so I placed them between the deck railing and fence to stabilize - works perfectly. You can't beat the price.. Christine. Jessup, MD.
