The frame which I ordered separately is white which at first I thought… hmm.. with a black door But… we have painted the house white and the frame really compliments the door and house as you can see in the pictures. Only drawback is that it is VERY fragile, the finish as it chips super easily. My husband dropped one of the hinges and it bounced and hit the door and left a big chip in the black finish. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. I’m very satisfied with this door. It looks even better in person and has a very clean, modern appearance. The black finish and horizontal frosted-glass panels give it a much more upscale look than the traditional door I’m replacing. I was especially impressed with the quality of the glass. The windows are double-pane, and the frosted finish provides privacy while still allowing light through. The door itself feels solid and well made, and overall the quality exceeded my expectations for the price. The door arrived with the hinge locations already prepared, as well as the openings for the deadbolt and door handle. I’m installing it into an existing 36" x 80" entry-door frame, so I may need to make some minor adjustments to the latch/strike locations, but that is specific to my existing frame and not an issue with the door. Overall, I think this is an excellent value for a modern entry door. Similar-looking contemporary doors can cost considerably more. If you're looking to update the appearance of your home without spending thousands on a front door, I definitely recommend this one. 5 stars! UPDATED REVIEW One door has been installed (Purchased 3) and I am thrilled. Not only is the look clean and contemporary, but the quality is over the top. The framing that came with the door is superior quality and there was even really nice and thick door Trim in the box. Yay! The door itself is truly a premium door and worth the price point. All holes and corresponding trim for door knob installation were perfectly lined up so there was no having to make any changes. As my original review stated these are quite heavy. They shipped FedEx and were packaged to ensure no damage, but if you care about your FedEx drivers back youll be home to help when he arrives or have someone strong to assist. Ours got lucky that we were home. Sorry about the shadowy trim pieces. We dont have a lighting plan in our new room yet, but the trim is beautiful, ready to hang with no painting needed. These chairs are awesome! They replaced the traditional wooden Adirondack chairs with many slats. They were wooden and therefore had to be constantly repainted. Mother Nature won out in the end.
