I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Firstly, Wayfair customer service did a great job of working with me regarding this order. This review reflects the vendor, CNK, that is supplying these tiles. The listing is for a 57% off sale price of $32.28 for a box of 12 tiles ($2.69 per square foot). I received only one single tile. Wayfair customer service ordered me a replacement, at which point CNK had the opportunity to honor their listing, but again, CNK sent only one single tile. At that point, Wayfair worked with me to cancel the order and arranged a refund. I was told the listings for these tiles are now under internal review. The tiles are of good quality, but until the prices are updated, I would caution buyers not to purchase these CNK tiles, or any others of their (many) tiles that are currently listed online at sale prices..
