Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable. Wish the companies don't down grade quality of the products over the course of time, while they charge us very heavily for the product at the same time.. Jaisree. Kent, WA. Thu May 02 2024

The bidet feature is great, and the contents arrived in great shape and on time. I will be purchasing a second unit for my guest bathroom.. Ishtar. Baldwin, NY. Sun Jun 14 2026

The TOTO® WASHLET® S2 Elongated Electric Bidet Toilet Seat with Instantaneous Water Heating and PREMIST® delivers ecology-minded luxury with a streamlined design. Unlike traditional toilet paper that can often be rough and ineffective, the WASHLET quickly provides endless comfortable warm water cleansing at the touch of a button. Part of the newly redesigned S series, the WASHLET S2 is fully automated, featuring an illuminating night light and a soft rear spray, rear cleanse, and front cleanse with the option of an oscillating stream. PREMIST® wets the surface of the toilet bowl, aiding in the removal of waste and resulting in a better clean. The S2 model utilizes TOTO's EWATER+® system when the wand self-cleans. EWATER+ transforms the water into a safe and powerful compound, creating peace of mind by cleaning the inside and outside of the wand before and after every use. The S2 WASHLET features a heated SoftClose® seat with three temperature settings. The temperature and pressure of the water are adjustable with three temperature settings and five pressure settings. The WASHLET features an air deodorizer and a warm air dryer with three temperature settings. Using a WASHLET reduces the need for toilet paper, saving trees and water used to manufacture each roll. As we get older, reduced mobility, medical conditions, and debilitating illnesses can make it increasingly hard to clean ourselves after using the toilet. With a WASHLET, just the touch of a button can leave you feeling clean and refreshed. Easy to install and includes mounting and connection hardware.

This is a heavy duty sturdy toilet seat. The cost does make it prohibitive but if you absolutely want a bidet toilet seat without having to purchase a whole new toilet with a built in one than this is great!. Marie. Auburn, NH. Mon Oct 12 2026

It is fabulous. Was a bit difficult to install it not fault of parts included but the piping in the bathroom. The commode lid is plastic and I would have preferred a sturdier material.. Janice. Mon Jul 27 2026
