The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high quality, non-recycled, US manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

The Moen Flo Detector is a WiFi-enabled moisture sensor that can be placed near sinks, appliances, and other water-risk areas in your home. When it detects water where it shouldn’t be, the Flo Detector sends an immediate alert through the Moen Flo App, and can automatically trigger the Flo Shutoff to turn off your water. Most leak detectors stop at the alert, but the Flo Detector goes further. The moment it finds moisture, it sounds an audible alarm, emits a blinking LED light, and sends a real-time notification through the Moen Flo App so you know about water and moisture, whether you are home or away, before it becomes a problem. Pair the Flo Detector with the Moen Flo Shutoff for complete whole-home coverage. When the two work together, the Flo Detector triggers the Shutoff to automatically close the moment moisture is found. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

Healthier, cleaner air is made accessible to you and the people who come into your home. Its H13 True HEPA Filter will automatically detect and remove 99.97% of harmful airborne particles including pet dander, smoke, odor, dust, and gases. The air will go through 4 different filters during the purification process: a pre-filter to remove larger contaminants such as pet dander and dust, an allergen filter, a true H13 HEPA filter, and an activated carbon filter to remove gases and odors. Then, the built-in UV-C light and fine dust sensor add yet another layer of efficient and effective air purification—detecting tiny particles such as dust, germs, and bacteria that would otherwise go undetected. Made with medium and large-sized rooms in mind, this purifier will be ideally kept in your living room, bedroom, or garage. Worried about the air purifier making too much noise as you sleep? With sleep mode activated, the fan will be reduced to quieter, slower speeds and the lights will be dimmed to ensure your night's sleep goes uninterrupted. Lastly, with auto mode, the purifier will automatically detect the surrounding air quality and adjust its fan speed accordingly so that the air you breathe is always the best it can possibly be.

I LOVE this filler!! I wish I would have spent the extra money for the refrigeration but it’s still been great. My only critique, I wish the water dispenser had a more centered pour, it sprays a little too wide and it is difficult to clean.. Jennyanne. Twin Falls, ID. Tue Aug 11 2026

This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. A quick-connect water hose is included, making it easy to route drainage directly to a sink or basement window for continuous, unattended operation. A bucket full indicator provides a reliable backup alert if continuous drainage isn't in use, preventing overflows and keeping things clean. Low-temperature operation down to 38°F makes this an effective choice for cooler spaces like basements, crawl spaces, and garages where humidity tends to linger. The washable filter helps maintain clean airflow and reduces bacteria, odors, and particles over time. ENERGY STAR certified and finished in a sleek black exterior, this dehumidifier combines practical performance with an understated design that works in any room.
