Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable. Wish the companies don't down grade quality of the products over the course of time, while they charge us very heavily for the product at the same time.. Jaisree. Kent, WA. Thu May 02 2024

The Moen Flo Detector is a WiFi-enabled moisture sensor that can be placed near sinks, appliances, and other water-risk areas in your home. When it detects water where it shouldn’t be, the Flo Detector sends an immediate alert through the Moen Flo App, and can automatically trigger the Flo Shutoff to turn off your water. Most leak detectors stop at the alert, but the Flo Detector goes further. The moment it finds moisture, it sounds an audible alarm, emits a blinking LED light, and sends a real-time notification through the Moen Flo App so you know about water and moisture, whether you are home or away, before it becomes a problem. Pair the Flo Detector with the Moen Flo Shutoff for complete whole-home coverage. When the two work together, the Flo Detector triggers the Shutoff to automatically close the moment moisture is found. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

With this Philips smart lock, the world's first deadbolt with palm recognition, enjoy the most secure and convenient unlocking experience. Or unlock with a key, PIN code, or the Philips Home Access app to make returning home stress-free.

The locksmith came to install the lock and we discovered that two of the four batteries that came with the unit were dead. I called Wayfair's great customer service folks, who are sending out four fresh batteries. Normally this would not be an issue but I have never seen these batteries before. They are CR 123A 3V lithium batteries. In researching these, the internet says the batteries should have a 10-year shelf life, I don't know why they would be dead. The lock seems sturdy and very well made. I have three other keypad locks that take AA batteries and I am constantly replacing them. When I get power on the lock I will update my review.. Brenda. Have yet to install this in our new construction…but after a reasonable amount of research I decided upon this model for a few different reasons - and I really hope to convert my husband to using it! Since using a simple bidet wand attachment at our old house, I knew that if I ever had the chance to do a bathroom from scratch I would seriously consider a proper bidet toilet. So here I am! I’ve hated using toilet paper ever since. I was using little washcloths for drying after using the wand, so it’ll be wonderful to have a built in dryer with this!. Catharine. Mon Oct 19 2026
