I own this in dark purple and loved it so much I bought one for my brother in orange. I’ve had mine for 5 years, absolutely zero chipping in the enamel or paint. Under the lid has little bumps to consolidate the steam as it builds up inside the pot and drips the water back into the pot rather than running water down the outside of the pot (which one of my Le Cruesets do). I ordered the creme colored enameled dutch oven. Its really beautiful. It matches my other kitchen items and looks really expensive. The first thing I cooked was smothered steak. It cooks very well and is easy to clean. They also give you some bonus items. A silicone mat to place your pot on after removing it from the oven, two cute little pot holders, a cookbook, and a pecan pie recipe. Ill have to make that.
