About 15 hours of hard work to assemble myself but nice once completed. Instructions were rather poor and missed quite a few essentials like which way to face the bolts in the main metal supports, how/where to best connect the elastic ties and a few other things I had to lean on my construction knowledge to deduce. I put a large tarp bought separately on the ground to cover the dirt and highly recommend weight bags. It just barely fits my corvette so double check your car length. This prefabricated storage shed 5-foot wide double door makes it easy to move larger items into this handy space. The higher 7-foot walls add more headroom as well. This collection makes a great addition to any backyard.

This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. Love this outdoor office space. It was simple to put together and follow the instructions. Insulated very well. I installed an LVP floor inside after putting it together. The whole thing took probably 6 hrs with two adults. The only downside (and design flaw) is the window. The outward swinging window doors is the absolute worst. Knowing that people are likely to add an AC/Hearing unit to this, and if they don’t want to put in a mini-split, what’s the next reasonable thing people will put in? A window unit! But guess what?! Because they decided to do a worthless outward swinging two door window, you can’t! The designer of this product failed big time. They should have made the window kit a single hung, up and down slider so almost ANY AC unit could be put in. Overall really like this shade structure. Assembly says it takes 4 people and absolutely did that at least 4 people for the part where the main structure frame was put together. Together than that step it was a one to 2 person job. Only giving 4 stars for 2 reasons 1. Directions were VERY unclear at times. Pay attention to the main postsdirections of holes. Definitely helped to lay it all out on the ground before assembly. 2. The cross beams could be more sturdy and the wood overall is softish. Love how it transformed out back space. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. It is actually a pretty solid car port. high ceilings. I do agree with that one reviewer - if only they made the bolts a couple mm longer, it would make set up so much quicker. This is an attractive and functional storage solution. The large double door allows for easy access to the store and retrieves items. Ideal for areas where space is limited and provides an excellent storage solution for bikes or garden equipment.

We call this our “pretty shed”. It took 3 people to assemble and I recommend you stain and seal it pretty quickly as the pine wood absorbs water and spots if not sealed. I also recommend you use a power nailer since the siding shingles are fairly thin and when we tried to use a hammer they started to split. We didn’t seal the roof shingles and are noticing the shingles are shrinking. Had it up for 18 months now - no leaks so far. We love it and hope it stands the test of time -). Michele. San Jose, CA.
