The nightstand itself is great. Feels sturdy, minimalist mid-century design is just as pictured, and I think it’s a great value for the quality. The issue I had is more of a user error - the color is super reddish. And it was much lighter in person than in photos. For reference I chose the Caramel color. It’s very heavy solid wood and it looks pretty. There are only two reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5 first, the inside of this table was filthy. See picture of the paper towel after wiping it up. Not sure how it got so dirty Second, the top drawer is ever so slightly not level. It’s nothing most people would notice but I have an eye for that kind of thing so I can see the slight imperfection. Overall really like the product. When we got it put together and tried the drawers it shut so tight that it just slid across our hardwood floor. We realized there was a rubber piece that locked it in place once shut. I’m sure it would eventually wear down so it wasn’t hard to open but we just removed them and that seems to be perfect.
