Very attractive gathering area with lots of space. The curtains and mosquito netting adds to its usefulness. The 14x24 Ft. is slightly different than the 12x20 Gazebo that we purchased in 2020. It has a support bar across the middle that is only 6Ft.In. high which interferes with putting a fan in the middle. We installed on an existing cement pad and when it rained the water flooded around each leg. Ceiling kept the middle dry. Velcro ties for curtains came loose during moderate gusts of wind. The pergola roof is designed with two separate louvered roofs that can be opened at a 90° angle and swivel closed to 0°, providing maximum control over the weather elements. For the most part this pergola is everything I could have hoped for. Absolutely in love with the look and feel of our patio after installing this. Putting it together is a lot of work so come prepared! The sound on the roof as it rains is so relaxing. We have had extremely high winds with no issues but it has not gone through hail or snow yet so I can’t speak on that currently.
