The hose reel came very well packaged . The reel itself is very well-made, and is beautiful stainless steel. Unfortunately, I was unable to hook it up to my outdoor faucet because the attachment hose was too short for my need. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I may send it back or ask for a larger hose as you can see it's not going to work. The reel will be too close to the ground to put the hose on. Not sure why they give such a short piece to attach the faucet. Thye are making a lot of assumptions on where an averge outdoor faucet is placed from the ground.. Wayne. Fri Sep 25 2026

Mounted it to stucco and works like a charm! It’s light but easily reels in my garden hose, keeping it off the ground and organized. Much better than those plastic reels that are bulky and unattractive. I’d suggest ditching the included hardware for tapcom screws (blue) if you’re going to mount it to masonry.. Jeffrey. This is a slight upgrade from the Suncast I have replaced; only reason 1st has been replaced is, after 10+ years of half-day sun, all seasons, appears very dull & plastic is brittle. This unit is a breeze to install, clear instructions, very good quality installation hardware & large hose capacity reel is very sturdy, yet lightweight. Great price from Wayfair too!. James.
