It was easy in the GreenPan, and cleanup was no problem. I decided I needed a bigger GreenPan. The price for the 10-inch and 12-inch set was a bargain - just $20 more than the 12-inch pan along. We have a gas range, which seems to heat up most handles and utensils. With the GreenPan, the handle stays relatively cool.
