I like that the rough in for my Saunders bathtub was listed on the same webpage. It allowed me to purchase everything my plumber needed for installation. The bidet top was easy to install once I had the electrician in to install a plug. I had a few plumbing issues, but mostly related to the age of the toilet. I am amazed at how much cleaner my toilet stays. I am happy with the cleaning wand and the appearance of the sear. I’m getting used to the opening and closing features.It took four or five times of turning the seat warmer down before it would hold. I’m just not a fan of a warm toilet seat. also I don’t feel like the dryer feature is very effective compared to others I have tried but otherwise it seems easy to operate and efficient.. Tippy. It is a surface-mounted Bobrick-style latch that is designed for use on swing-in partition doors, and it comes complete with a matching keeper and stainless steel fasteners. This latch mounts over a durable, black plastic base with its mounting holes spaced apart. This restroom stall slide latch also features a tension adjustment clip that is embedded within the black plastic mounting plate, concealed beneath the stainless steel surface of the lock. The tension clip can be adjusted to create or reduce resistance between the plastic insert and the metal housing. Setting the amount of force needed to slide the latch from left to right is as easy as bending the clip away from the plastic base to increase the tension, and bending it towards the plastic base to decrease tension. This lock includes a stainless steel set screw and steel Allen wrench required for installation. Toilet partition slide latches like these are used by many and they are easy to install.
