Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This product are designed for use with select Toto toilet models that require fill valve extension. This adapter has a 0.875" fill valve connection to extend the threads when access to the fill valve is limited.
