I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. I ordered 2 of these cat trees as replacements for my tribe. At first sight, I didn’t think they were going to be the right size as the box they arrived in was small and I have large cats. Upon opening, we found the product was only meticulously packed and everything looked fine. Even though my cats seem to love their new trees, I question the durability of this product. It seems as if the boards and posts are quite thin and that concerns me. I’m not saying they are cheaply made, but I do remember having several more durable cat trees over the years. Only time and use will determine the quality of this product. The material on this tree is extremely thin and I’m sure it will meet its demise before it’s time. I hope I am mistaken and they will last for a while though. Only time will tell. The trees DO although have many levels to perch in and two large cubbies where they can hide or sleep. These cubbies are actually pretty large and my cats are very comfortable in them. The price point was great as I was able to catch them on sale. Soft, Lightweight Beautiful Fall Colors I’m really happy with these velvet pillow covers! The colors are beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. They have a really pretty fall-inspired palette without looking overly seasonal, so I think they can easily be used throughout the year. The rustorange, soft blue, cream, and golden tones look especially nice together and added just the right amount of warmth and color to my dark sofa. The velvet is super soft to the touch and has a nice appearance without being heavy or bulky. These are lightweight pillow covers, which I actually prefer because they’re easy to work with and don’t make the pillows feel stiff. Once the inserts are inside, they look full and comfortable. One of my favorite things is the zipper across the top. It made them extremely easy to put on. I didn’t have to fight with the pillow insert or try to squeeze it through a tiny opening. The zipper also blends in nicely once it’s closed, so you really don’t notice it. I also like that the velvet gives the solid colors a little bit of texture and dimension. Depending on how the light hits them, the colors can look slightly richer or softer, which makes them look more expensive than a basic solid pillow cover. Overall, these were an easy and inexpensive way to completely change the look of my sofa. Soft, pretty, easy to put on, and the colors are perfect for fall. I would definitely purchase these again.
