Installation was easy. Water line tap-ins were especially easy for me because I had already plumbed water to the adjacent Keurig. On the front face plate are illuminated buttons for hot and cold taps. Except these are not buttons. They are indicator lamps only. These tell you if the two little switches on the back of the unit are on! No place in the instructions does it spell this out clearly. Cold Water is cold (around 38°), and the hot side us very hot (180-190°). I turned off the hot water feature because we just didn't use it. The hot tap now dispenses room temperature water that is very filtered! This almost got 5 stars, but the water chiller is a bit noisy. Otherwise, it was a perfect fit under our cabinet.. Richard. US.
