It is high quality and works well with my 42"x72" table top weighing 75 lbs. Lowest and highest positions are more than adequate. Instructions call for drilling mounting holes into the bottom of the table top before assembling stand and placing table top on the stand. I concluded that I would not be able to find the pre-drilled mounting holes. I drilled screw holes with tabletop on the assembled stand.
