This is a high quality sink. Extremely heavy. Was not prepared for the $1200 installation charge from the plumber and the wall needing to be removed. Part of it was poor planning on the plumber rushing the project and unfortunate placement of a pipe in the wall. Overall I am very happy with the product. Sink is so gorgeous! Very heavy And high-quality. As others had mentioned in their reviews, you must have the brackets needed to go with it. When you order look carefully through the specification details about the parts that you may need. I ordered all of it at the same time, and it took a very long time to come. The contractor said it was quite a pain to install due to weight, but this was somewhat expected. Also, you will likely need additional support behind the brackets themselves. It is a very heavy sink so it needs a lot of support and a skilled person to install it and special parts. As long as you are aware of that before you purchase, it should be fine.. Olivia. I love this sink! But.... wish its depth was 7.5" bigger as I had to install it with a huge gap in the back. That being said I would still purchase it again but would pay a little more so I could have it looking like a normal vintage looking sink. I purchased a faucet that could be moved to its side otherwise you have barely any room to wash your hand or anything else.
