I actually got two items from this brand in the same purchase and I have to say the quality isn’t quite there. When I was unboxing this I had very high hopes as the back and arms were so sturdy I thought this will be a great desk alternative during work from home days if I want to shot on the couch. And it will be, but that’s about the extent. I like the heat option but the “massage” is literally just a vibration and the modes are limited to two. I know I am displaying this compact trainer on a lace and gingham background, but don't be fooled thinking this is a flimsy easy arm exercise gadget. The tension is tough and you will feel it. I did about 10 reps barely budging the bars. I was rather sore the next day and couldn't figure out why. Then I recalled playing around with it the day before. I do push ups and calesthentics regularly and I don't like having a bunch of gym equipment around. This little contraption is really cool and it has flexed my chest muscles in a way that would be comparable to bench pressing. I appreciate that because we do NOT have room for a weight bench at our house. Really cool compact gadget that I do use and it's so small and easy to stash away.
