The Hamilton Beach Durathon Ceramic Skillet has 180 sq. in. of nonstick cooking surface so you can sauté, stir fry, simmer or braise family meals in one pan. There's no need to dirty a second pan. The skillet is perfect for cooking everything from hearty breakfasts and dinners to keeping appetizers warm on the buffet while entertaining. The nonstick ceramic cooking surface is four times more durable than traditional nonstick, won’t crack or peel and is PTFE and PFOA free. The 12” x 15” skillet lifts off the base, so you can serve straight from the pan at the table. The skillet's convenient reversible design lets you use the cord on either side, so there's no need to worry about the layout of your kitchen or the distance to an outlet. For versatile cooking, the Hamilton Beach Durathon Ceramic Skillet has adjustable temperatures from 200° to 400°F. As your food cooks, the glass lid allows you to keep an eye on your food while keeping heat locked in. After the meal, simply remove the cord, and the skillet, glass lid and base all go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

From Sunday brunch to weeknight dinners, the Martha 22 in x 12 in Griddle turns any meal into an effortless, crowd-pleasing experience. Its extra-large surface gives you room to cook multiple items at once, from pancakes and eggs to steaks and fajitas, while the embedded heating element ensures fast, even heating. Precision controls let you dial in the perfect temperature up to 400˚F. When you’re through, the griddle and drip tray are dishwasher safe for an easy cleanup, just be sure to remove the temperature probe first. This griddle blends convenience, performance, and versatility all in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Martha Stewart 22” griddle is wonderful! It has a large cooking surface, is easy to clean, and heats up very quickly. I like the grease drip tray which keeps my food from soaking in extra fat while it’s cooking. I only gave 4 stars because it ran hotter than expected. When setting it at the recommended temp on the dial, the griddle seemed to set at a much higher temperature causing a little burning to my food. I would give 4.5 stars if I was able since this is something that can easily be adjusted.. Johannar. Fri Aug 28 2026

The grill has a floating hinge that accommodates thicker foods like large steaks and boneless pork chops. The PFAS-free ceramic nonstick grilling plates keep food from sticking and are easy to wipe clean after they cool, while the removable drip tray can go in the dishwasher after discarding drippings.
