Powered by a 3000W dual heating system and built with premium stainless steel, this griddle features a half-flat, half-ridged cooking surface and independent dual temperature controls, allowing you to cook different foods at varying heat levels simultaneously. With a wide temperature range of 122°F–572°F, it handles everything from delicate pancakes and eggs to high-heat seared steaks and burgers. Spacious, durable, and easy to clean, it’s the ultimate versatile cooking workhorse for your kitchen, food truck, or concession stand.

This is a substantial griddle with a large cooking surface and a sturdy overall design. One of the first things I noticed was how heavy it is, which gives it a solid feel but may make setup difficult for some people. The stainless steel construction looks durable, and the cooking area appears spacious enough to prepare meals for a family or a group. Because of the size and weight, I was not able to fully set it up and use it on my own, but my initial impression is that it is designed for serious outdoor cooking and offers plenty of cooking space.. With the Hamilton Beach® Panini Press & Gourmet Sandwich Maker, enjoy restaurant-style sandwiches at home for a fraction of the cost. Use your own fresh ingredients to make a variety of hot savory sandwiches, paninis, quesadillas, personal pizzas, open-face sandwiches and appetizers right on your countertop. The 10" x 8" nonstick top and bottom grill plates are large enough to fit one large sandwich, two regular-sized sandwiches or two quesadillas. Since both plates are heated, there's no need to flip sandwiches to cook on both sides. The plates are ribbed to leave grill marks on your sandwiches and other foods just like in restaurants. The floating top plate makes it easy to evenly grill thicker sandwiches like Reubens. Lock the cover in place above food to melt cheese on open-face sandwiches or lock completely open to reheat pizza or make bruschetta. This sandwich maker is easy to use with a built-in, green ready light that illuminates when it is hot enough to grill. Just wipe the PFAS-free ceramic nonstick top and bottom plates when cool for easy cleanup. The storage latch locks the sandwich maker closed for compact store upright storage in a cabinet, drawer or on your countertop.

Steakhouse quality steaks are just minutes away from the Gemelli gourmet steak grille. It features an infrared superheating element that reaches 1560ºF in just 5 minutes! This is called the Maillard effect and is what steakhouses have been using for years! Need another reason to love the Gemelli gourmet steak grille? Its single-dial sets both the temperature and time. The included manual features a helpful guide of cooking times and temps for common foods along with 11 exclusive Gemelli recipes. The Gemelli gourmet steak grille is designed to be used indoors and requires no propane. The unit is completely electric powered and features a cool-touch exterior. From perfectly seared steaks and broiled fish to delicious veggies, the Gemelli gourmet steak grille is the perfect option for anyone with a passion for food!

It is NOT SMOKELESS! This thing smokes BIG TIME! I need to put this on my stove under the vent on HIGH or my house would be FILLED WITH SMOKE! Doesn’t get a restaurant quality sear by any means BUT it does cook a steak in about 6-8 min with only about 5 min in preheat time and it is faster and easier than turning on the grill and that mess and much faster than the stove oven and heating the whole house. SO if your short on time and don’t want a mess or a hot house and you have a vent this is for you. Do NOT buy this if you don’t have a vent! ( VENT NEEDS TO BE VENTED OUT OF THE HOUSE NOT THE CHEAP VENTS THAT ARENT VENTED OUTSIDE). Robert. Bellmore, NY. Mon Oct 10 2022
