Made in France since 1814, Matfer Bourgeat Copper Cookware has been the premium choice for generations of professional French chefs. These classic pieces are designed to perform with an elegant and classic look you'll want to show off in your home kitchen.

This piece of cookware gets its name from the Italian word “Pentola” which means pot and as its name implies, it’s great for boiling pasta. That’s because of its high sides and the included colander, which you can just lift to drain without damaging the delicate starches. But, it’s also great for steaming or making foods that require straining small particles, like meat or veggie stocks. As part of our Copper Core collection, this Pasta Pentola features a thick copper core, 2 layers of aluminum, and 2 layers of stainless steel. Its construction and materials are perfect for recipes that require maximum temperature precision. For an added touch of elegance, it has a polished surface and a cutout that shows off that lustrous copper. At 7 quarts, it accommodates a couple of pounds of pasta. Bonded, engineered, & assembled in the USA. Backed by All-Clad's limited lifetime warranty.

Very beautiful pot. The finish is beautiful and the package arrived really quick. It was packaged very well too. We used it for some spaghetti and it was so easy to use. Another very good product from All-Clad. Paul. US. Thu Apr 13 2023

Stockpots are true do-it-alls when it comes to any liquid-related cooking. They have tall sides which reduce evaporation so thinner stocks and soups maintain their light consistency. With a wide, flat base, you can even saute your soup ingredients right in the pot without having to use an additional pan. As part of our Copper Core collection, this stockpot features a thick copper core, 2 layers of aluminum, and 2 layers of stainless steel. This unique construction makes it ultra-responsive to heat, disperses heat evenly, and creates unmatched, long-lasting durability. For an added touch of elegance, it has a polished surface and a cutout that shows off that lustrous copper. At 8 quarts, it’s the perfect size for making food for a party or to meal prep for the week. Bonded, engineered, & assembled in the USA. Backed by All-Clad's limited lifetime warranty.

Crafted in Italy, CopperBond Aura is a special limited production collection that pairs a professional-grade 1.5mm copper exterior with thoughtfully engineered details to deliver exceptional heat responsiveness, precise control, and lasting performance. Engineered in collaboration with Michelin-star chefs, the seamless handle eliminates the crevice where food can collect. An integrated heat vent reduces heat transfer by up to 20%, enhancing comfort and control. Hestan’s signature flush rivets and reinforced rims enhance durability and ease of cleaning, while polished copper lids celebrate the enduring beauty of copper cookware. With a rich, warm glow worthy of display, the CopperBond Aura collection is oven and broiler safe to 600°F (315°C), allowing effortless transition from stovetop to oven to table.  Whether refining a delicate sauce, achieving the perfect sear, or making quick temperature adjustments, CopperBond Aura responds instantly to every movement.

Upgrade your cookware collection with this Set of 3 single-person copper cooking pots, designed for preparing individual portions with style and efficiency. Each pot is handcrafted from 100% pure copper, featuring a hand-hammered finish and sturdy brass handles for elegance and durability. The tin-plated interior ensures food safety, making these pots a perfect blend of tradition, function, and beauty. Made in Türkiye

Alloy of copper, aluminum and stainless steel.

This whimsical hen pot is a great addition to any culinary collection. It is not only beautiful but functional and is perfect for slow cooking soups, stews, and casseroles. The pot is unglazed earthenware, and the walls are thick and good at even heat distribution. They can be used in the oven, on a stove top, over a an open flame or even on charcoal, for roasting, sautéing, boiling or simmering, and for serving and keeps food warm for a long time. The outside finish is the result of a smoking process which results in an uneven dark brown exterior. Since clay is a natural and porous material, it does not react with the food and causes a slow evaporation of steam from the pores that promotes a smooth and even boil. The moist enclosed interior results in food that is healthier and tastier as it requires less fat and liquids. About Pomaireware: One of the most important characteristics of Chilean Creole cuisine is its cooking vessels; the clay pots from Pomaire. They come in a variety of sizes and shapes, from the classic olla (pot), to casseroles, pitchers, water jars, plates and bowls; they hold heat wonderfully and impart a special flavor to food, and can be used in the oven or directly over a flame. A pastel de choclo (corn pie) or paila marina (seafood stew) is almost unimaginable in anything else. Appearance As with most handmade products by artisans around the world, the pieces may have slight imperfections in the form or finish of the materials. Sometimes sizes of same model pieces may also vary slightly, however, these imperfection do not compromise the aesthetics or functionality of the pieces and are considered normal and to be expected. This is especially evident on the outside coloration which depending on its position inside the kiln, the coloration pattern and intensity will be unique to the piece.
