A French chef favorite, the Saucier’s rounded, cornerless bottom yields the silkiest sauces, making even a weeknight pasta feel like a five-star meal. From béchamel to velouté, the Saucier is designed for smooth, fully emulsified sauces. Dishes like risotto and gumbo, which require constant agitation, benefit from the Saucier’s cornerless bottom, which guides the whisk and promotes circulation. Like the rest of the Stainless Clad Cookware, thes is crafted in Italy from 5 layers of metal for improved heat conduction and distribution. It heats evenly and responds instantly to temperature changes, giving more control when sautéing, deglazing, and reducing. It also cleans up in seconds, as it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes. A rolled rim allows you to pthe sauces without spilling, and the hollow Stay Cool Handle keeps the hands safe.

This is a great, solid pan. I like the curved edges, and the size is great for everyday cooking.. Sarah. Douglasville, GA. Fri Sep 04 2026

NutriChef Durable Sauce Pot with Lid, small, BLACK

I really needed a new saucepan. The “iron clad” on my 30yo Farber Ware was finally giving up the ghost. I chose this pan because it was inexpensive and the same size as my old one. It’s perfect. And so pretty.. Patricia J.. US. Wed May 13 2026

This pot is beautiful. It has a heavy bottom and cleans up nicely. If you can see the water line in the photo it is showing 4 cups of water. It holds more liquid than it looks like. It also heats water quickly on our propane stove. I hope there are going to be more for sale. Maybe bigger one. It took a while to get here because it was on backorder but I understand why. Its the nicest pot in our house. Very sturdy and very pretty. Im so happy with it!. Dacey. Manhattan, MT. Thu Oct 03 2019

A saucier’s shallow dimensions come in handy when you’re making mashed potatoes or other creamy foods that require lots of stirring or whisking. That was the thought behind the design for this Saucier. Like its big brother the saucepan, it has a wide mouth that helps reduce liquids and thicken sauces. As part of our D3 Collection, this Saucier features a bonded tri-ply construction made with a responsive aluminum core pressed together with 2 layers of durable, stainless steel all the way around the surface, for fast and even heat. To keep your All-Clad looking brand new, we recommend washing your cookware with soap and a sponge instead of the dishwasher. Bonded, Engineered, & Assembled in the USA.

All Clad is a company I can always rely will give me a superior product. I use this saucier for everything, but with the rounded bottom perimeter, it is best for bechamel, mornay and any cream sauce that requires attentive whisking during the cooking process. It is my go-to saucepan. Highly recommended. Barry. Fort Lauderdale, FL. Thu Jan 21 2021

I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. I am very pleased with this purchase and the price makes it even better.. Karen. New York, NY. Wed Aug 05 2026

Innovative, dynamic, different, patented copper-fused technology, beautiful German enamel - a Chantal cookware exclusive!

Love Chantal cookware. Dropped my cobalt blue saucepan and it chipped so I've been looking for a replacement. Unfortunate can't find the cobalt (to match my set) but the red will do. This is some of the nicest cookware available and I've had it for over 10 years. Looks like new, except for the one I dropped. Even temperature cooking, no hot spots, easy to clean. My favorite!!. What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win. When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food.. The double-rivet stay-cool handles are designed for maximum maneuverability. Dishwasher safe, ZWILLING Motion is also easy to clean, making this simple-to-use cookware a pleasure to cook with.

I have downsized to very few pans and this one is a great smaller choice. Heavy, but not too heavy to handle easily, nice even heat, takes 4 cups of liquid in the narrow base part neatly and then won’t over boil with the wider top but takes additions or stirring easily. Very solid glass top is great. Comfortable handle, doesn't heat up. Very pleased.. Not Fancy But Picky. Tue Mar 24 2026

Perfect to add a pop of color to your kitchen. The Country French collection combines attractive design with functional construction for the ultimate line of efficient, easy-to-use cookware. Each cooking vessel interweaves 5 layers of highly conductive aluminum and stainless steel for optimal even heat distribution. Induction-ready cookware works with your induction stove, electric stove, and gas stove for fast, even heating. Use country French collection cookware in conjunction with stainless steel food pan to create a double boiler, perfect for foods that cook best in moist heat. Handling instructions: Use only metal safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not use in the dishwasher, must be hand washed. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic Country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 350 degrees. Never use CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.
