It is a great choice for holiday meals, family dinners, and special occasions.

This pan is not as described. It is advertised as stainless steel, but it is clearly not made of stainless steel. I used it only once to roast meat, then washed and dried it properly. Despite this, both the lid and the bottom of the pan have already rusted after just one use. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be stainless steel. I would like a full refund or a replacement with a product that is actually made of stainless steel.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 02 2026

The two most important qualities to look for in a roaster are durability and style and this one has lots of both. With a sizable surface area (13"x16") and sturdy riveted handles, it can hold a 25-lb. turkey, large brisket, or ham with ease for many holidays to come. Its raised sides ensure everything bakes evenly until golden brown all around. Pop in the v-shaped rack and wait for the natural juiciness to melt below to use for basting, glaze, or a tasty gravy. As part of our HA1 nonstick collection, this roaster is constructed of heavy gauge aluminum, and its interior is engineered with 3 layers of our high-performing, PFOA-free nonstick coating. This coating keeps food molecules from clinging to the surface, so it's ideal for delicate or sticky foods. Its exterior features an anti-warp induction-compatible base that makes it compatible with induction cooktops and bumps up durability. All in all, it offers professional performance and durability combined with an easy food release that is easy to clean for a convenient cooking experience. At the end of the meal, simply put it in the dishwasher or give it a quick hand washing, and it is ready for the next one.

Designed for performance with at home convenience, HA1 Expert Nonstick, delivers longer lasting professional nonstick with easy clean up for the ultimate cooking experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this roaster for both a Thanksgiving turkey and for roasting tomatoes, and it performed beautifully in both cases. The size is perfect for a large bird, and the included rack kept it elevated for even cooking and crispy skin. The nonstick surface made cleanup incredibly easy and nothing stuck, not even the caramelized bits from the turkey drippings. When I used it for tomatoes, the high sides kept everything contained, and the nonstick finish allowed me to roast them without worrying about sticking or scorching. The pan distributed heat evenly, and the handles felt sturdy and safe when moving it in and out of the oven. This roaster has quickly become one of my go to pans. It’s versatile, easy to clean, and feels like it will last for years. Highly recommend!. Frisch0913_3037. Wed Sep 10 2025

Rack for Roasting Pans. The roasting pan rack allows you to grill meat in the oven, letting the fat fall directly into the pan.

No one can resist the hearty smell of a roast. To achieve a good roast it is important that the meat or other ingredients do not sit in their own juices too long. This roast pan is the ideal accompaniment. The grate is integrated into the pan, but it can also be removed so you can clean it quickly and easily. The roasting pan and grate measure 15.75 x 13.3 inches overall, so there is space even for large joints of meat. The meat or other roasted food sits on a high-quality grate, which allows liquids and fat to drain. This allows a crisp crust to develop. The stainless steel handles facilitate handling the pan during roasting. They stay pleasantly cold, so you can always pick up the roasting pan with a grate. Belgian designer Stefan Schöning's creation is classically simple and is made of high-quality multi-layer material. The grate has a coating, so fried food is easily removed. Any gravy that sticks to the pouring lip is easily removed. The pan is also finished with Silvinox®, an electrochemical surface treatment that reliably protects your new kitchen gadgets from discoloration. You will be able to make succulent, flavorsome roast dishes in this roasting pan.

This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.

Perfect for doing ribs in the oven - they turn out so tender. My complaint is hotter heavy the roaster is and that it’s not easy to remove the lid (no handles) to check temp of meat - especially when it’s so hot!. Kim. Olcott, NY. Thu Feb 06 2025
