Feels and sounds very rickety. Tightened as much as possible and reinforced with extra wood under bed but still feels like it’s going to eventually break. I’ll have to replace.. Christine. Santa Rosa, CA. Fri Mar 06 2026

This bed is amazing, and the quality is AMAZING. However, building instructions needs a lot of improvement. It took 3 adults to put this together because it has a lot of parts. The hassle and labor was worth it! Beautiful bed. I would buy another one if I could, but I would pay the assembly this time lol.. Maximo Juarez. Des Moines, IA. Mon Oct 13 2025

Absolute piece of garbage. Lousy prefabrication. Some screws seat flush some are inset some slightly stick out. Cheap wood product. Missing a piece to actually be able to complete assembly of one of the drawers. Contacted WayUnfair about this. They ordered two giant boxes of parts that were not even what we needed. We refused those shipments when we discovered what they were. Contacted WayUnfair again, was told I would receive the correct replacement part by August 18th. My online account shows expected delivery actually around August 13th. It's September 8th and still no part. Not sure what is worse the lousy product or the even worse service from WayUnfair. Probably not worth doing business with this vendor or the company. Anonymous. Tue Sep 08 2026
