The Bond Bridge connects to your internet WiFi network, instantly making it compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home Assistant. I'm really enjoying this so far. I've got it working with SmartThings which means it's working (okay) with Google Home. All five of my RF fans work with this device. I would say signal is sent to those devices correctly 95% of the time. I have found that if I accidentally misclick, it is better if I count to 10 before making the correct choice. Is it perfect? No. But it is extremely helpful. These are things I was ready for, but some other buyers might not be ready for. This is an RF controlling device. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. Less devices in the landfill for replacements, and a pretty great way to control my devices from my phone. I also have it set up to turn up in one of the rooms that gets hot a lot, based on a thermometer's level in SmartThings. Love that!. Nathan. Bellevue, NE. Wed May 27 2026

If you can't install your fan because your ceiling is sloped. This is the thing for you. It's the type of product designed for a person who walks into the hardware store and says "I know more than you." Or perhaps you've installed a ceiling fan or two and are willing to part with the instructions. Because with this you can hang a ceiling fan in all kinds of creative places. You simply need to understand the principles at work and do it.. Matt. Holyoke, CO. Mon Jun 08 2026

I used this with the 48" Celino 3 Blade Ceiling Fan. The finishes go perfectly together. Installation is problematic with the instructions as is, we weren't able to line up the adapter and the fan so that it was at the right angle for hanging without a wobble. After many tries and thinking ahead for slope angles, the adapter still won't lineup properly, so it produces a wobble when the fan is turned on. We still use it and are used to the wobble. It does the job but it's not perfect.. Carolyn. Bend, OR. Sun Mar 05 2017

Bought to replace original downrod which allowed fan blades to contact ceiling joists in a wind. This mount does not allow the fan to tilt as the downrod did. Item works perfectly! Also, the Instructions were easy to follow . thanks. Anonymous. Fri Jun 16 2023
